No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, shipped, or delivered.
Exchange Policy for Damaged Products
We only offer an exchange if the product is received in damaged condition.
To claim an exchange, the customer must provide clear video proof while opening the COD parcel. The video must clearly show:

The sealed parcel before opening

The opening process

The damaged product received

The order details, if visible
Exchange claims without opening video proof will not be accepted.
Exchange Approval
Once we receive your video proof, our team will review the claim. If the claim is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the damaged product.
Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchange will not be accepted if:

No opening video proof is provided

The product has been used

The product was damaged after delivery

The customer changes their mind after receiving the order

The wrong product was ordered by the customer
